• Operational Logs: Intake odometer reading, fuel gauge status, pre-existing visible paint or bodywork marks, and technician inspection notes.
• Pickup Logistics: Street pickup address and locality in Patiala for route verification and dedicated driver coordination.

2. How We Use Your Data

The collected information is used solely for legitimate workshop management functions:

• Communicating inspection findings and sending transparent itemized estimates before work begins.
• Dispatching dedicated DK Motors staff for verified road route pickup and return delivery.
• Generating official workshop invoices, tax compliance, and tracking repair service histories.
• Answering your inquiries and servicing customer feedback.

*We do not sell, rent, or lease your contact records to third-party telemarketers or advertisers.

3. Workshop Photos and Repair Stories

During check-in and quality inspection, technicians may capture private intake photographs to document vehicle condition and parts wear. These photos remain strictly confidential in private workshop storage.

No technical case study or photograph is ever published publicly on our website or media without explicit written customer consent. When approved, all identifying details—including license plates, VIN stickers, faces, and documents—are permanently blurred and redacted.

4. Retention & Your Rights

We retain service records and invoices for the duration required for automotive warranty tracking and tax compliance. You have the right to request access to your recorded service history, correct outdated information, or request deletion of optional contact preferences.
